- 1991 DELUX is established
- 1993 Homecare and skincare product manufacturing launched
- 2006 Sheltered workshop established
- 2010 Expansion to the Czech market
- 2011 Descours & Cabaud (investment by a strategic investor)
SLS-TECHNACO
- 1992 SLS s.r.o. and TECHNACO s.r.o. are established
- 1995 Vibration analysis services (launch of TS department)
- 1998 TECO (launch of DD division)
